Our dedicated team provides individual, couple’s, and family therapy across all age groups, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. In-person sessions are offered and virtual sessions are available
Individual Therapy
Typically a 45 minute to 60 minute session focused on the achievement of one’s emotional well-being.
Couple’s/Family Therapy
Typically a 45 minute to 60 minute session focused on improving relational satisfaction with romantic partner and/or family members.
Group Therapy
A 60 to 90 minute session comprised of up to 8 individuals experiencing & working through similar emotional difficulties in a non-judgmental environment
