At HeartSync Therapy, LLC, we function to facilitate growth and healing to individuals, of all identities, via individual, couple’s, family, and group therapy through direct interventions and the guided development of associate licensed therapists.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: Licensed Therapists must perform the following duties: Independently diagnose and treat individuals, couple’s, and families via evidenced based treatment interventions. Conduct assessments and create and update treatment plans. Document all session notes in Electronic Health Record within 48 hours of services rendered. Maintain schedule allowing for at least 10 billable sessions conducted weekly via personal laptop.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Independently diagnose and treat mental health and or substance abuse disorders according to the Diagnostic Statistical Manuel 5th Edition via individuals, couple’s, and/or family sessions.
• Facilitate sessions remotely from HIPPA complaint environment.
• Remain in compliance with all HIPPA laws and procedures.
• Create Individualized Treatment Plans based on patients’ needs and presenting issues
• Facilitate a minimum of 10 billable sessions per week.
• Provide patients with appropriate referrals when necessary.
• Regularly assess patient progress, updating treatment plans as necessary.
• Safely discharge clients upon completion of treatment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or marriage and family therapy.
• Independent and unrestricted license to practice as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.
• Two years of proven experience providing individual, couple’s, and family therapy.
• Working and reliable internet connection.
• Personal laptop, with camera, to facilitate therapy sessions.
• Ability to conduct at least 10 billable sessions weekly.
• Agreeable to credentialing with insurance panels.
• Ability to commit to at least one year of employment.

KEY COMPETENCIES:
• Computer literate and internet savvy.
• Knowledge of Basic Computer Programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, E-mail etc.)
